Terms of Use

Your use of the Grid service (the "Service") is governed by this legal agreement (the "Terms"). The Service is provided by Christoph Stadelbauer, located at Kurfuerstenstrasse 7, 87600 Kaufbeuren, Germany.

By using the Service, you are agreeing to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions about these Terms, you can write us.

The Service is available to you if you are 13 years of age or older. If you are 13 or older, but under the age of majority in your country of residence, you must review this agreement with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand it. You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with Christoph Stadelbauer and are not barred under any applicable laws from doing so.

In-App Subscription

You can choose to upgrade to Grid Pro from within the app via In-App Purchase. The purchase will be applied to your App Store account upon confirmation. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (monthly or annual). You can cancel anytime in your iTunes account settings. Using our Service

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Service. You agree to use the Service only for purposes as permitted by these Terms.

Using our Service does not give you any legal right, title, or interest in our Service or the content you access. You may not assign (or grant a sub-license of) your rights to use the Service, or otherwise transfer any part of your rights to use the Service. The Service, including the software used to implement it (the "Software"), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you the right to use any trademarks, branding, or logos used in our Service. No portion of the Service may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

Don't misuse our Service. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service. Also, you agree not to try to access the Service by any method other than the interface and instructions we provide. You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the Service:

  • Use any automated process to access or use the Service

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service by hacking or attempting to reverse engineer it

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach any security or authentication measures

  • Bypass, modify, or disable any functionality of the Service

  • Use the Service to send spam or harmful communications

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or court orders

  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it or interfere with others' use

We may provide you with notices regarding the Service, including changes to the Terms, by postings on our website.

About Software

The Software may, from time to time, automatically download and install updates from the App Store, depending on your settings. These updates may include bug fixes, enhanced features, or new versions of the Software. You agree that Christoph Stadelbauer may deliver such updates as part of your use of the Service.

Christoph Stadelbauer grants you a personal, non-assignable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the Software provided as part of the Service. This license is solely for the purpose of enabling your use of the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not (nor allow others to):

  • Copy, modify, rent, loan, sell, distribute, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, unless expressly permitted by law

Modifying and Terminating our Service

We continually improve and modify our Service. We may add or remove features or stop the Service entirely.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Christoph Stadelbauer may also stop providing the Service, or add or create new limits, at any time.

Exclusion of Warranties

Nothing in these Terms, including this section, excludes warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk and that the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Christoph Stadelbauer makes no express warranties and disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Specifically, Christoph Stadelbauer does not guarantee that:

  • The Service will meet your requirements

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be legally limited.

You expressly understand and agree that Christoph Stadelbauer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits (direct or indirect)

  • Loss of goodwill or reputation

  • Loss of data

  • Costs for substitute services

  • Any intangible losses

These limitations apply even if Christoph Stadelbauer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Christoph Stadelbauer, and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any third-party claims, demands, damages, litigation costs, or attorney fees arising from your use of the Service. Christoph Stadelbauer will provide written notice of any such claims.

About these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Certain features of the Service may require separate agreements or licenses. You must read and accept those as well to use those specific features.

If you violate these Terms and we don’t take immediate action, this does not mean we are waiving our rights.

These Terms govern the relationship between you and Christoph Stadelbauer and do not create third-party beneficiary rights.

If the Service is terminated, the sections “Exclusion of Warranties,” “Limitation of Liability,” “Indemnity,” and “About these Terms” shall survive termination.

This agreement is the entire agreement between you and Christoph Stadelbauer regarding the Service. If any part is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, if you reside in an EU member state. The courts in Germany shall have jurisdiction, although Christoph Stadelbauer may also initiate legal action in your jurisdiction.
